Let the Lillys Bloom in Spring!

Yesterday finally marked the beginning of spring. In fact, the thermostat in my car read 88 degrees! I am so excited to finally be able to start to wear dress and skirts without tights! Plus I finally get to show off my Lilly dresses that have been tucked away in my closet for the past 7 months!

It's Lilly and it has a bow! My two favorite things together! 

I find this perfect for the days when I'm sunburned but still want to look cute!

I'm so excited to finally get to wear Lilly. I've been waiting  ever since the ending of summer last year! In case you couldn't tell, I might have a tad Lilly Pulitzer obsession. 

I'm back!

It's been on my to-do list to get back into blogging! So to follow through with the promise to myself, here I am at midnight writing my first post on my new, cleaned up blog, A Hopeful Transmission! A lot has happened since I last blogged! For instance....

I finally turned 16 and got a car! Finally no more mini-van carpool for me! 

Shortly after that we went to our mountain house and chopped down our Christmas tree! (My mom was taking the picture-classic!)

I went to the circus! We had great seats that were super close to the floor and my true 5-year-old self came out!

The Lilly Pulitzer store FINALLY opened in Charlotte!

I went to Fripp Island for a weekend (wearing one of my new Lilly dresses!)

Then my best friend turned 16! She's unfortunately not in the picture. Speaking of that...I never got a picture with solely you that night, Steph! 

I also got a job at SAS Cupcakes! It's a cupcake store that is ALL pink and basically any girls dream. I absolutely love it! 

I'm hoping that this time around I will have daily blogs...well occasional blogs! I've just been so busy that this is the first time I've been willing to stay up late enough to do this! I hope everybody is doing well! I'm really happy to finally be back on here! I'll make sure to post plenty of clothes and what not! :)
